| ACT/SAT PREPARATION Mind Matters Clinics provides instructors, pre-tests, group and individual instruction for each test section, calculator techniques, practice tests, and follow-up as well as addressing individual strategy. The preparation sessions accommodates students' schedules. 26 total hours:
1) Labs: These are comprised of intensive small groups or one-on-one instruction. Particular attention is given to individual student learning styles, mathematics, English/grammar, reading, and reasoning portions of test. Students will also learn important test-taking tips on a variety of question types. 2) Practice Tests: Students will take a minimum of two practice tests in an environment designed to simulate the actual test environment. Student strengths and weaknesses will be derived from these practice tests. Individual tutoring strengthens areas where students require extra help. Specialized instructors include: Speech Language Pathologists, Reading Specialists, and Mathematicians. This program can be completed in five weeks OR ten weeks (number of weeks may depend on availability). Fees: $1200.00 |
